Job Description:
Assist in analyzing and mapping our current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework
Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in the Sourcing and Logistics areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations to gather data and insights for process optimization
Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment
Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of supply chain initiatives.
Review and analyze whether or not new supply chain concepts that support an Integrated Supply Chain should be adopted by HP (i.e., JIS—Just In Sequence)

Qualification:
Graduated with a Bachelors; preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Sciences, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity IT, Financial engineering, Service Enterprise Engineering and Environmental Sciences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply the SCOR model to identify process gaps and propose solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams and Sharepoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a multidisciplinary Product Engineer to work in the Large Format Operations Lab. As a Product Mechanical engineer within the Operations department
Product Development & Industrialization
Take on engineering product responsibility from R&D.
Identify and solve product quality problems (both from the factory and the field/customers).
Perform engineering analysis for root cause identification. Drive the appropriate corrective actions. Develop design improvements.
Support product cost reduction initiatives.
Seek manufacturing efficiency and continuous quality metrics improvements.
Qualification:
Recent Bachelor / master’s in industrial, computer science or telecommunications engineering.
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.
Solid knowledge in MS Office. Knowledge in programming (Python) and handling data base would be a plus.

Job description
Provide technical leadership and expertise in the areas of System Interaction between Printhead/Ink Supplies and Printer Hardware during quality escalation and product change management
Analyze Field Returned products to recommend corrective actions and drive product/manufacturing improvement plans to reduce warranty returns
Work with Customer Assurance, Hardware Partners, Product, Process Engineering and Operations to drive Customer Satisfaction improvement
Key liaison between printer hardware and supplies operation organization to coordinate activities & communication between both organizations during quality escalations & key product change management
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience or understanding of engineering and testing tools and software packages.
Good analytical, statistics, and problem solving skills.
