Business Management Specialist
Job Description:
The key responsibility would be to effectively provide Operations and Business Management Services to the 3200 permanent and SI resources for Pan India/Globally.
The resource will be accountable for Resource Management, Vendor Management and Stake Holder Management.
Ensuring all administrative and Operations tasks are carried our seamlessly, catering to commercial governance, colleague engagement, customer service, headcount planning and forecasting.

Qualification:
Graduate in any specification
• Well versed with Barclays Business Management Processes, Tools, applications etc.
• Excellent Communication and Business Management skills

• Personal Influence and negotiation skills
• Finance Background (Financial reporting)
• Expert in MS Office – Excel, word, PowerPoint etc
• Ability to interact with external and Internal
• Ability to develop collaborative working relationships across the organization
• Efficient in process streamlining and coming up with Best Practices
• Highly solution oriented approach with an inclination to change and implement changes
• Proactive and dynamic
