Supervisor-Help-desk Operations 

Job Description

Managing of Employee Helpdesk (both ticket system & IVR system) & ensuring continual improvement in the support.
Responsible for development of Helpdesk Associates and ensure that they are cross trained across all functions/queues.
Ensure the Resolution of Queries/Requests/Complaints with appropriate response. Maintain the Quality of responses to the calls/SRs. Interception of ongoing call for quality monitoring
Coordination with respective Process Leads to ensure right information and content is being delivered by Helpdesk associates
Working with IT and Process teams to keep tools such as ChatBots, Portals etc updated
Assisting / facilitating the training of team members on areas such as Soft Skills, Process training.
Suggest process improvements & drive automation/digitalization
Monthly MIS preparations & presentations on Monthly review meetings

Required Experience : 0 – 4 Years

Execution/Planning Engineer – Mech – Bengaluru

Job Description

Publish monthly, weekly and daily progress reports to stakeholders using Primavera software
Analysing effect of delay in engineering releases, material receipt and construction activities on master schedule and preparation of mitigation / recovery Plans.
Monitor quantity of major activities, their productivity and their variance and regularly issue trends and alerts
Coordinating between various departments to ensure foreseeing bottlenecks.
Analysing productivity trends and keeping informed to Construction Superintendents.
Periodic Reconciliation of Project items.
Preparation of resource requirement and ensure delivery of same to achieve the desired progress.
Conducting various progress review meetings with customer and vendor related to project progress.
Carry out backlog analysis, prepare look ahead plans and issue alerts
Identification of risks associated with project and developing mitigation plan for the same.
Preparation of Material look ahead and arranging the same for the smooth project progress.
Preparation and certification of subcontract and client invoices.

Required Experience : 1 – 2 Years

Minimum Qualification : B.TECH/B.E
