Job Requirement:
Post graduate specializing in real estate marketing / finance / economics/urban planning
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Good interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to work quickly and cogently with minimal supervision and to integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses
Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Power Point, Word
