We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our recruitment team as Bulk Recruiters on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in high-volume hiring.
Job Responsibilities:
-End-to-end recruitment for bulk / volume hiring requirements
-Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
-Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
-Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
-Maintain candidate pipeline and daily reports
-Meet hiring targets within timelines
-Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
Qualifications:
-Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Passion for recruitment and people engagement
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
