Software Engineer Graduate
Newly graduated in Tech in the fall of 2026 with a desire to start a career in the consulting industry?

Together with other young and committed people, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting customer projects, learn from experienced consultants, and develop yourself within technologies such as data and cloud platforms as well as software development.
Ignite is our tailored development program for recent IT graduates and lasts 12 months. We offer you a unique opportunity to combine practical work on exciting customer projects with a comprehensive professional offer of relevant courses and certifications. This will take place in conjunction with many engaging and varied social events that create an arena where it is easy to build good relationships and networks from the start. Through the Ignite program, you will experience what it means to be a consultant, develop a broad understanding and deep insight into the industry, and the opportunity to explore different career paths within Capgemini.
We are now seeking graduates for the Cloud & Customer Applications department. C&CA at Capgemini works with innovative technology and is one of the largest professional communities within system development and cloud services. We provide consulting services within Front-end, Back-end, Cloud Platforms, DevOps, integrations, API solutions and Data engineering. Our consultants work in both large and small project teams that help our clients with the digitalization process from idea to finished product.
New graduates have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, where they can learn from experienced system developers and solution architects.
We work with the most modern technologies and you have the opportunity to specialize in many technologies such as:
• JVM/Java/Kotlin/Scala etc.
• .NET/C#/F#.
• JavaScript/React/Angular/Vue etc.
• Cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCP
• Integration and API platforms such as Microsoft, AWS & Apigee
Qualification:
• Fresh graduate in technology/IT (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• Preferably had relevant internship/experience
• Interest in technology and basic programming skills
• Ability to work in a team and work independently, share knowledge, and contribute to collective goals
• Have good communication skills both written and oral (Norwegian and English)
