We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Analyst – Risk Management who will support immigration, tax, documentation, and compliance assessments for EY business travelers worldwide.

Job Description:

EY is Hiring Analyst – Risk Management (Cross Border Travel Support – Kochi)

• Analyst, Risk Management
• Location: Kochi (GDS India)
• Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate | MBA or MCom (Preferred)
• Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential cross‑border travels and collect required data
• Educate travelers on immigration, tax, and compliance requirements
• Provide tiered support to users and handle tool‑related queries
• Coordinate with global immigration, tax, and business teams
• Interact with leadership (including Partners) to obtain details & approvals
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of data in risk systems
• Conduct preliminary risk reviews of engagement documentation
• Stay updated on global regulatory and compliance trends

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Demonstrated research and analytical prowess.
• Familiarity with compliance processes and legal documentation.
• Proficient in using corporate internal tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Proactive mindset, adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Consultation and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

• MBA or M.Com – Strongly Preferred
• Graduates/Postgraduates may also apply
• 0–3 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Operations, Coordination, or similar roles
• Relevant certifications in Risk / Compliance are a plus
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including nights)
• Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage
