Job Description:

CBRE is hiring Freshers for our Ahmedabad Office!

Role: Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

Assess potential land for development by analyzing topography, utilities, and potential risks to ensure suitability for large-scale industrial projects.
Gather and coordinate real estate market data to inform the Industrial & Logistics Services Transaction Manager about market area conditions.
Review and verify monthly accounting variance reports and assist in the preparation of client reporting.
Prepare and track correspondence for broker engagements and commission collection.
Assist with the resolution of landlord-tenant issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any graduation degree
Good communication skills and preventability

Please note, this is going to be market facing role and would require extensive travel within the Ahmedabad Market.
