HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

In the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst role, you will provide support to the team in the delivery of an excellent level of service to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm. The role requires you to provide high quality first line learning administration support to the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team, the emphasis is to provide a consistently high level of customer service to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users and HR Services objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
- Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System
- Processing of all scheduled reports
- Provide delegate list.
- Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work;
- Closing classes and processing of post course evaluations and feedback;
- Ensure all system related activities or updates are completed accurately in time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines;
- Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times
- Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements;
- Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required
Eligibility Criteria:
Required:
- Graduate degree
- 0-1 years of work experience in learning administration, back office service operations, customer service operations
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package applications
Preferred:
Prior experience in training and development domain
Skills Required.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional, friendly and approachable manner
- They should also be able to work using their own initiative.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn new technologies.
- Committed to working with their team to maintain a positive team spirit.
