Job Overview:

1 Bilingual IT Infrastructure Engineers

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure in a 24×7 environment ensuring uptime and performance.
• Provide operational support and resolve incidents promptly following ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Act as a bilingual liaison between Japanese and English-speaking teams for smooth service delivery.
• Work on servers, networks, cloud platforms (AWS, VMware, IT infrastructure), and middleware tools as per project needs.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualification:

• Certified in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3) with strong English bilingual communication skills.
• 6 months to 9 years in bilingual roles; freshers with Japanese language certification are welcome.
