Job Description:
1 Data Entry Operator – Operations
Manage and oversee system entries for the outbound of stocks into the designated warehouse management software/customer nominated ERP, ensuring high service levels and compliance with customer SLAs and network procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accurate data entry of all outbound shipments.
- Organize appropriate shifts and staffing levels to meet business requirements.
- Ensure outbound stock is dispatched in the system efficiently.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure safe working practices.
- Oversee employee performance and development.
Qualification:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree level
- Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.
- Minimum 1 year in a Supply Chain Logistics (SPL) environment.
- Proficiency in software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WMS skills.

2 Associate – Road Freight
In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver top-quality service within the Road Freight (RFR) Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries globally. The role will involve training to efficiently carry out various activities, including order management corrections, customer updates and verifications, managing proof of delivery, loading/unloading, import order management, data entry for billing and invoicing, handling shipment amendment and updates, vetting shippers and carriers, and managing export order management through CoEx EVO.
Qualification:
- Bachelor´s degree (Any).
- 0 – 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain – Preferred
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Effective English communication skills, written and verbal skills.
- Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) – Preferred.
- Detail oriented
- Good logical reasoning skills
- High level of customer centricity
