Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
Duration: 3 Months (90 days)
Location: HCLTech, Mihan SEZ, Nagpur
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA appeared (HR specialization must)
Excellent English Communication Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Words
Basic knowledge of HR concepts (primarily Recruitment & Onboarding)
Please Note:
This is a Work From Office internship program (Mon to Sat, 10am to 6:30pm)
WFH is not allowed
Internship certificate will be issued post completion of the program

HCLTech Global Engagement (GEM) Program: Internship
What is the Global Engagement Management (GEM) Program?
The GEM program is an early-career development initiative in business management at HCLTech, targeting current students from select colleges and universities across the country. This internship will challenge and develop your business acumen and leadership while working with a seasoned business mentor. Upon completion of the internship, you will have completed a business project in account management, bid management, competitor segment analysis or service/product strategy. This will provide you with insight into a business management career at HCLTech and may lead to an opportunity to join our company full-time upon graduation.
When will the GEM internship take place?
February 2026 to April 2026 [12 weeks], part-time for 20 hours/week [flexible with course schedule]
Is this a paid internship?
Absolutely. Competitive pay is a no-brainer for us! Our hourly rates are as follows:
- Graduate Interns: $40/hour
- Undergraduate Interns: $32/hour
What are we looking for?
Apply for the GEM Program if you are interested in starting your business management career with HCLTech. Eligibility requirements include:
- Undergraduate or graduate student studying business administration with an expected graduation date between 2025 and 2027
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Have the legal right to work in the United States
