AWS Tech U is an accelerated career development program for recent graduates and early career professionals entering technical roles to advance their skills and help customers design flexible and resilient cloud-based solutions. The 12-month onboarding residency program includes a six-month academic curriculum followed by six months of on-the-job-training in the field. While in AWS Tech U, you will learn key technical and professional skills from top AWS subject matter experts that you can use in your career working with AWS’s customers.
The program offers the opportunity to specialize in an area of interest including:
DevOps Specialist – A leader in building advanced computing systems that harness continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and utilize the strengths of cloud computing to build scalable and economical systems for clients.
Cloud Infrastructure Architect – An expert in cloud-based networking and system rollouts. CIAs specialize in network performance, infrastructure provisioning, and building Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)

Experience with one or more of the following: networking fundamentals, security, databases (relational and/or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Recently completed a degree in business or a STEM related fields such as computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related fields
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
Knowledge of the primary AWS services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, and S3

Graduate Network Dev Engineer
Job Responsibilities
As a Network Development Engineer graduate you will at AWS you will:
• Deploy network infrastructure across all of our network fabrics that supports the Amazon Retail Service, Kindle, Payments and multiple AWS services.
• Scale the network across multiple global Data Centers.
• Create and improve simple, repetitive deployment processes that increase both velocity and quality of delivery.
• Work closely with our internal customers on designs/solutions; bringing those designs/solutions from concept to production.
• Create and update our network standards and ensure that the network is deployed to these standards.
• Work closely with our automation teams in defining the tools that allow us to scale at unprecedented volume.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Telecommunications or similar program graduating 2025
• Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment
• Experience scripting in languages such as Python, Perl or Shell
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of IP Networking fundamentals and Routing Protocols such as BGP, OSPF, R&S.
• Knowledge of network hardware and packet forwarding architectures
• Ability to handle ambiguous or vaguely defined challenges and articulate technical solutions through abstract thinking

Front End Engineer Graduate – Ireland
As a Front-End Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced developers to create the user-facing side of software. You’ll collaborate with team members and stakeholders on UX and the full software development lifecycle, including scoping, software design, code, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
– Deliver software components and improvements to software features with your team’s software.
– Collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers to implement intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences
– Build reusable UI components and libraries using modern frontend frameworks
– Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability

QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
– Experience in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#)
