Location: Pune

Experience: 0–2 years

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Windows & Mac OS environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and general tech products
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools (Webex, LogMeIn, Bomgar, etc.)
• Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps, AWS, and Desktop environments
• Basic understanding of Virtualization technologies
• Graduates with 1+ years of relevant technical support experience preferred

Management & Process Skills

• Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, RemedyForce
• Exposure to ITSM processes (Incident Management)
• Comfortable managing inbound calls
• Ability to guide end users via phone, email, or chat
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams when needed
• Prioritize and manage multiple open cases
• Document technical knowledge through notes/manuals
• Use internal/external resources to deliver accurate solutions

Behavioral Skills

• Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support, or IT Helpdesk is a plus
• Provide prompt, accurate, and customer-friendly support
• Ensure all issues are properly logged and resolved

Certifications (Good to Have)
MCSE, CCA, ITIL Foundation (optional but an added advantage)
