Job description:
– Candidate Should have experience between 4-12 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
– Technical consultant with D365 background, having worked on the D365 product extensively and done multiple implementations.
– Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.
– Implemented complete life cycle of least 4 to 5 projects.
– Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescale
– Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations
– Resolve the technical issues etc.
– He should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
-Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, PowerBI(Good to have)
– Experience in Integration with third party applications.
– Sound expertise in DevOPs , GIT, Jira
– Marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, Kingswaysoft, Click dimensions (Good to Have)
Primary Skills:-
– MS Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service & Marketing)
– Must worked on D365 customization and configuration
– Expertise technologies like HTML 5 , CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, Javascript
-Experience on PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages
– Have knowledge of Agile
Secondary Skills:-
– Aware of mobility in CRM.
– Unified Service Desk , CICD, customer insight, omnichannel
– Good to have D365 & Power Platform Certification
