Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in chat/email or over the phone. Excellent communication skill, comfortable working 24/7 including Night Shifts.
Qualification – Any Graduate/PG expect M.Techs.
Qualifications : BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, BACHELOR OF COMMERCE, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION, BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, BACHELOR OF TECHNOLOGY
