Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years equivalent work experience
Experience diagnosing technical issues
Experience with SQL, XML
Knowledge of process management, metrics and KPIs
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand technical concepts and connect with non-technical customers
Self motivated, constantly looking for areas of improvement
A strong dedication to excellent customer focus
Familiarity with digital media files and content
Knowledge of video ecosystem and delivery of large scale video
Experience with Java programming, scripting
Supply Chain Content Engineering is a mixture of content encoding/processing support (Video, Apps, Books, Music), CMS tools and process support. We are the grease and the glue within engineering team that builds the largest media store in the world. This role tackles many forms from basic customer service and training, to ticket investigation, to content investigations, to identifying code and system fixes to issues. The team is looking for a highly technical and inventive teammate to help!
