Walk-in Drive for Project Management (PMP/Prince2)
Job Description
Run several module or sub-module projects requiring good coordination and planning
in close coordination with the value chain.
Ensure that the project is planned and delivered as agreed within the project
boundaries (Requirements, Scope, Plans, Budget, Quality). Responsible for risk and issue management for projects.
Manage project budgets together with the Line Organization.
Build and maintain relations with a large range of stakeholders in the entire value
Purposeful. chain, keeping the project team motivated and stakeholders on board to complete the
Job Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s in any engineering specialization. Project management education or relevant project management training courses.
Project management certifications beneficial (e.g. within Prince2 or IPMA).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing medium to high complexity R&D projects within the Manufacturing Industry.
Experience using project management tools such as SAP PPM, MS-Project, and JIRA. Great language skills (verbal and written) in English. Experience with global matrix organizations and engaging many stakeholders across the value chain.
Proficient in working with advanced project management tools (e.g. SAP PPM, MS Project, JIRA), KPI’s and project performance metrics.
Experience: 4 to 7 Years
