Allocation Execution Specialist (12 months contract) – Singapore
Job Description:
– SAP tactical transactions, handling OEMs to ensure 100% fulfillment of products within the Asia Pacific region, supporting new product introduction team to ensure excellent execution of product launches.
– Drive, support and participate in User-Acceptance Test and projects whilst providing inputs on process improvements to scale up the team
– Coordinate and facilitate cross functional meetings to ensure timely execution
– Work closely with various functional teams to ensure timely resolutions of disputes or discrepancies, achieve inventory management targets and potentially to lead and drive a group of specialists to meet operational goals.
– Process, tools, and systems oriented. Ability to identify and propose process and system improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations is preferred; Fresh graduates may apply for this role.
Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to articulate complex issues, findings or analysis to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Pfeffer Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years multinational experience in a similar supply chain management role would be an added advantage
Excellent analytical skill, meticulous with strong eye for business and consumer focus
Ability to multi-task, enjoys challenges and maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well with cross functional teams
Strong multi tasking skills, enjoys challenges, and a confident leader

Software Engineer, Applied ML
Job Description
As part of this role, you’ll join a team of software engineers and researchers focused on identifying behavioral patterns and you will help shape new and enhanced user experiences by collaborating closely with teams across sensing, Siri, and apps.
Excited to take ownership of complex, end-to-end problems? You’ll design, build, and evaluate production ML systems that infer a device’s patterns by inference on date like GPS, Wi-Fi, and accelerometers and higher semantic signals — combining estimation techniques with machine learning. You’ll test and refine your work, use it yourself, track metrics, and iterate for quality.
Qualifications
Machine Learning algorithms: Strong grasp of supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and model evaluation techniques.
Data processing: Skilled in working with large, noisy datasets.
Experience with libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience shipping production software for mobile and/or other resource-constrained devices. Tight memory, CPU, and schedule constraints motivate you and ignite your creativity. Capability of creating, analyzing, and modifying SW functionality, ideally in C++/Obj-C/Swift codebases
Hands-on experience with applied probability, statistics, and empirical and/or ML algorithms. Classical estimation, signal processing, and/or training supervised ML models are relevant.

Firmware Engineer
As a firmware engineer in the Wireless Connectivity Silicon Team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and bring up of innovative wireless silicon for various Apple’s products. Bringing your passion and dedication will lead to innovative silicon solutions for Apple products.
We are seeking talented, creative and disciplined engineers to join the best-in-class team that plays a significant part in the development of new silicon for Apple eco-systems by engaging in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment with the focus on the following goals:
– Deep understanding of components/modules within wireless communication systems and the corresponding calibration and impairment reduction techniques
– Develop methods/algorithms to alleviate hardware induced impairments by calibration, cancellation and other applicable techniques.
– PHY firmware architecture and design, including calibrations, real-time processing flows, collaboration with RF hardware, microcode, and MAC layer.
– Develop highly efficient designs delivering outstanding performance, optimizing power and memory footprints while meeting hard-real-time latency requirements.
– Debug real-time systems with limited visibility, working hands-on with development boards and lab equipment.
– Collaborate with Radio, MAC, and Systems engineering teams to architect, define and implement innovative algorithms, calibrations, and protocols.
– Support pre-silicon validation efforts, including simulation, emulation, and FPGA prototyping.
– Develop SoC test and calibration capabilities for chip, module, and product factories.
– Support post-silicon bring up, validation, performance characterization, system integration and debugging. – Repeatedly measure and optimize results using various test harnesses – Automate calibration and verification processes
