BEL Walk-In Interview on 29th August 2025
WALK-IN INTERVIEW FOR ENGAGEMENT OF MANAGEMENT INDUSTRIAL TRAINEES FOR THE YEAR 2025-26
Bharat Electronics Limited is India’s premier Navratna Defence Electronics Company is conducting Walk-in Interview to engage FOUR (04) Management Industrial Trainees (MIT) for its Hyderabad Unit.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
a) Candidates should have passed CMA Inter / CA Inter and registered with the ICMAI / ICAI.
b) The maximum age limit of the candidates for selections of Management Industrial Trainees (Finance) shall not exceed 25 years as on 01.08.2025.
c) The initial tenure of the MIT (Finance) shall be for a period of ONE YEAR. However, extension for two more years may be considered after review of the performance of candidates by our management. The tenure of the MITs (Finance) including their extension period shall not exceed the maximum period of Three years.
d) The stipend payable to the MITs (Finance) with the qualification of CMA / CA (Intermediate Pass) shall be Rs.25,000/- per month for the 1st year, Rs.27,000/- per month for the 2nd year and Rs. 30,000/- per month for the 3rd year of training respectively.
e) The MIT (Finance) would be eligible for 1 day casual-cum-sick-leave for every completed month of training.
f) Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
g) Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.
h) No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for selection process.
i) Candidates must produce original CMA Inter pass / CA Inter pass certificate issued by competent authority at the time of verification.
j) Suppression of facts & furnishing false information will lead to Disqualification / Rejection of the candidature.
k) Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
SELECTION PROCESS:
a) Interested candidates have to appear for Walk-in Interview on 29.08.2025 (10:00 hrs) at M/s.Bharat Electronics Limited, I.E.Nacharam, Hyderabad – 500 076, along with the following documents:
a. Duly filled in Application Form (application form is made available on the website)
b. SSC certificate for proof of date of birth
c. CMA/CA intermediate pass certificate
d. Category / Disability certificate if belongs to EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwBD
e. Aadhar card
b) Selection is purely on the basis of Interview.
