Computer Science and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship

Location: United Kingdom

Job Description
As part of our Early Talent strategy, we are partnering with Warwick University to create Computer Science and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship.

The programme is 4 years long and, on successful completion, you will be awarded a BSc (Honours) degree. It consists of a combination of off-the-job training.

Off-the-job training

Off-the-job training is delivered through a combination of face-to-face teaching, online learning and work-based projects.

The programme covers the foundations of computer science in the first two years of the course. In the third and fourth years, apprentices focus on the Software Engineer pathway within the Apprenticeship Standard.

You will attend Warwick for five teaching blocks (usually one or two weeks) during each year. This gives you the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the university experience, learning alongside peers from a range of sectors and organisations.

On-the-job training

During the duration of the programme you will rotate through different departments in line with course structure.

You will be fully integrated in the teams, working on real projects and creating value from day one.

We are looking for people who:

have recently completed their A Levels and have been awarded grade A in three subjects, two of them being Mathematics and Physical Science;
are looking forward to starting a career in Software Engineering but want a more hands-on-experience from day one;
are immediately available.

The programme starts on the 12th of December.

Application closes on the 21st of October.
