The first month of the program consists of intensive technical and functional training. After the first month you will have continuous training, knowledge sessions, and coaching. Besides the training you will build up working experience and training on the job (in Amsterdam). Your gained knowledge will be assessed and awarded with the relevant diplomas and certificates.

Job Requirements
A Master’s degree recipient, preferably in a technical area with strong IT component – e.g. Industrial Engineering (Technische Bedrijfskunde), (Business) Information Management, Finance, Computer Science, Math, Informatica, Econometrics, etc.
Interested in and have an affinity for IT and/or Data
Interested in Financial Services
Aware of Data, Cloud technologies, Agile or DevOps
A good communicator, with an entrepreneurial, analytical, ambitious, and result-oriented mindset
Equipped with a basic level of understanding of the Dutch Language
A team player, service oriented, and someone who enjoys working with customers and sharing knowledge with co-workers
