During your dual studies, you will get to know different departments and areas of responsibility at Xerox and our local sales partners. One focus here will be the participation in our sales organization by, among other things,
Analyze and evaluate customer requirements
Advising customers on hardware and software and conducting product presentations, for example
Develop and adapt printing concepts according to customer requirements and taking economic efficiency into account
Implement or adapt Xerox software, hardware and workflow solutions in our customers’ IT and printing infrastructure
Carry out customer-specific tests of hardware and software
You are actively involved in customer communication, from the first contact with a new customer to solving complaints and preparing an offer.
You will be integrated into the respective teams and work processes right from the start and will assume responsibility at an early stage. You acquire the theoretical knowledge for your actions on the one hand at the vocational school and on the other hand at the University of Economics and Management (FOM) in Düsseldorf.
