The leading IT product development and services firm, Accenture has started the hiring process for 2021 batch students. The company is hiring fresh talent through Accenture Recruitment Process.
The tech firm hires candidates through multi-stage hiring levels. The 2021 recruitment drive will consist of four stages: Cognitive and Technical Assessment, Coding, Communication Test, and HR Interview.
The first round is an elimination round. In the next two rounds, no candidates are eliminated. The decision for the final selection is taken in the HR interview round.
The first round consists of 50 questions to assess cognitive ability, 40 questions to assess technical assessment. The coding round will have just 2 questions which are to be completed in 45 minters of time. The communication test is a non-elimination round conducted for 30 minutes of time.
Accenture looks for minimum qualification in the candidates. The eligibility criteria include minimum qualification of BE, B.Tech, MCA. Engineers from all streams are eligible to apply for the hiring round. It is required that the candidates have a minimum of 65% or 6.5 CGPA.
The tech firm conducts its virtual recruitment on a dedicated platform. The minimum system requirements are mandatory to attend the test.
