ATR Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing compliance, internal audit & SOX requirements.
Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process scope.
Knowledge of the worldwide policies and procedures, identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
Analyze and resolve issues.
Communicate with stakeholders
On the job training for new team members and partners.
Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.
Implement global strategy & solutions in line with taxonomy.

Qualifications:

These competencies are critical as this role will initially be part of the finance & accounting team’s pool of flex talent during onboarding, to be deployed to the permanent position once readiness criteria are met and as requested by the business units.

Filipino citizen or holder of residence status to work in the Philippines
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any finance and accounting related courses
Strong team working and relationship building skills

Good analytical proficiencies

Knowledgeable of general accounting concepts, rules and legal requirements
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) a plus
Experience with SAP or other ERPs an advantage
Experience in a shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable

Customer Success Representative
Job Responsibilities:
Attend surgeries and provide on-site guidance to surgeons and OR staff on the proper use of Johnson & Johnson Surgery portfolio
Ensure the safe and effective application of the latest technologies introduced to the Key account.
Troubleshoot product-related issues and ensure adherence to best surgical practices.
Conduct workshops, in-service trainings, and clinical education sessions for surgical and nursing teams.

Qualification:
