Program Overview:
The BNY Freshman Jumpstart Pre-Internship Program is a virtual summer experience consisting of two half-day sessions designed to introduce first-year undergraduate students to the financial services industry.
In each session, you’ll:
Gain personal and professional insights from current and former interns and analysts
See how BNY supports early career growth and development
Discover why BNY’s student programs are the perfect place to kick-start your career
Program Highlights:
Explore Our Business through dynamic spotlight sessions, diving deep into key areas of the financial services industry while uncovering the in-demand skills that will help you jumpstart your career.
Gain Real-world Insights from current interns and analysts, who will share firsthand experiences and practical advice on how to thrive while navigating your early career journey.
Develop Your Professional Growth with targeted workshops on essential skills, including networking strategies, personal branding and how to set yourself up for success throughout your undergraduate years and beyond.
Build Foundational Skills through engaging discussions and thought-provoking questions, all designed to develop your critical thinking, communications and problem-solving abilities.
Program Dates & Tracks:
Enterprise (includes all business functions): Tuesday, July 14 – Wednesday, July 15th
Program Eligibility:
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related discipline.
Expected graduation date of December 2028 or May 2029 (U.S.)
