Human Resources Intern – 2025 Summer Internship – Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

Support the regional and global HR team to develop and deploy HR strategies, programs and processes, in alignment with organization goals, industry best practices and local labor laws.
In alignment with the HR Centres of Excellence, support the delivery of key HR services (e.g. relocation support, benefits administration) and processes.
Lead on certain HR projects in alignment with regional priorities.
Meet with business leaders and address questions and feedback, in partnership with the regional and global HR team.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
Help facilitate responses to HR inquiries from internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Able to read, write and speak Arabic fluently.

Mechanical System Design Engineer (Associate, Experienced or Lead) – US

Job Responsibilities:

Develops, integrates and documents mechanical and structural payload system requirements to establish the system design

Develops, maintains and manages mechanical and structural system and component designs, using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and/or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle

Performs tests to validate and verify that systems and components meet requirements and specifications

Assists with supplier development, test and production activities and coordination with the supplier to optimize the design and achieve program goals

Supports investigation of emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements

Clearly communicates technical information with Boeing teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory delegates to certify and produce a product

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

2+ years’ experience in Engineering with 1+ years’ experience with CATIA or other CAD software

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), Computer Aided Three-dimensional Interactive (CATIA), Mentor Graphics and/ or Unigraphics

Experience in mechanical and/or structural design through internships, projects, and/or previous positions

Experience with collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

Ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables

Boeing Engineering Customer Support – Airline Technical Support Team – Internship

Boeing Poland is looking for students for the paid summer internship in RZESZÓW during the months of July, August and September 2025.

As a Summer Intern you will:

Support the team with stress analysis and customer support type of work

Receive technical guidance and mentorship as you learn products, systems and approaches and launch your career in aerospace

Support and/or create and provide basic technical documentation

Receive basic Boeing technical training

Work under a lead to support timely delivery of engineering release deliverables

Support team performance by participating in process/tool improvement projects

Assist with producibility assessments for part or product designs

Be inquisitive, pro-actively seek information and assist in completing the work statements

Qualifications:

Bachelor, Master or higher student, or recent graduate of Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering – or a related field of study

Must be legally able to work in Poland

Basic knowledge of aircraft construction

Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English (minimum B2 level)

Preferred Qualifications :

Material science basic knowledge

Proficiency in stress analysis
