Internship – Governmental Affairs – Belgium
Job Responsibilities:
Support preparation, coordination and follow up of events and internal meetings
Research & monitor key policy trends, regulatory changes and developments in several areas, i.e. Connectivity, AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, skills, geopolitics and trade, competition and energy
Create and maintain several briefings, presentations, newsletters, stakeholders mapping and other written materials for the EU and global public policy team
Attend and produce summaries of conferences, seminars, hearings, industry associations meetings
Qualification:
Recent graduate or accepted into a Master’s degree in law, political science, public policy, economics, or other related field.
Fluent in English. Other EU languages are an asset.
Must be able to legally live and work in Belgium, without visa support or sponsorship
An interest in EU Public Affairs, notably in the fields of digital and telecoms policies
Preferred Requirements
A sound knowledge of the EU and its institutions and policy-making processes
Strong research and analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse legislation, rules and regulations and summarise them in a clear and concise manner
Ability to show assertiveness, flexibility, autonomy and diplomacy
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability present ideas and findings at the right level of detail

Legal Intern – Italy
Application Deadline: 15.07.2025
What you will do: as a member of the Legal Sales Department in EMEA, you will be actively involved in:
Working closely with the legal and business team;
Supporting the drafting and negotiation of commercial/technology agreements to local and international business customers and the legal team;
Taking part in cross-functional and legal innovation projects;
Getting trainings and learning from subject matter experts (e.g. on IT, IP, competition, Privacy – you name it); and
Analysing a range of legal issues, including carrying out research, to answer queries from internal stakeholders or Cisco’s customers.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian and English is minimum requirement. Any other language is a plus (fluent knowledge of German is considered a clear advantage in the selection process)
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Italy and eligible for an Internship Agreement with your University
Legal skills:
Strong interest in IP, Privacy, Security and IT fields of law;
The ability to read and understand complex contract provisions;
The ability to efficiently create English legal documents for internal and external use;
Ability to Understand industry practice on legal issues;
Previous legal working experience would be an advantage in the selection process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Concisely convey information and ideas both in writing and verbally
Operate well in a professional legal team environment;
Anticipate and be responsive to Cisco´s attorneys requirements

Network Support Engineer, Fall 2025 (Meraki) – US
Job Requirement:
– Work through lab assignments via NetAcad labs and Meraki troubleshooting labs to learn the foundations of networking and troubleshooting
– Gain an understanding of the networking field by participating and engaging in various courses
– Assist with lab testing work as needed for Meraki products
– Identify issues suitable for entry in the Meraki Knowledge Base
– Effectively communicate with third parties such as partners and customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing
– Collaborate with other Support team members to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues of customers’ devices
– Read and analyze packet capture using Wireshark
Qualification:
– Pursuing an associate’s degree or are a Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a computer science, information technology, networking, systems administration, or a related field from an accredited university. Individuals who have completed a relevant networking BootCamp within the last 6 months will also be considered. Individuals pursuing a master’s degree will not be considered
– Hardworking and interested in exploring the Networking field
– Passionate to assist and problem-solve with customers
– Able to strategically and critically think about how to look for solutions, willing to be pushed outside your knowledge areas, and eager to learn and find solutions
– An efficient communicator and problem-solver
– Networking certifications a plus: CCNA, CCNP CWNA, etc.
– Experience supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, &/or DHCP servers is a plus
– Comprehension of networking protocols, including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, etc. is a plus
– Preferred experiences within helpdesk, technical call center, desktop support, or past networking experiences preferred, but not required.
