Internship Private Equity (Club Deal) Team

The intern will join the team in day-to-day activity from scouting to execution of private equity deals on a broad range of industries providing support on deal origination, valuation, market analysis, due diligence process, drafting of presentations and information memorandum, deal structuring and negotiations as well as ad-hoc reports and analysis. Job Responsibilities

• Support Senior Bankers on each relationship on a set portfolio of French Large Cap clients
• Coordinate with internal partners throughout DB’s platform, across: Products (FX, Rates, Cash Management, Trade, DCM…), Geographies (35 countries), Controls (Credit, KYC, Compliance, Legal…)
• Contribute to both commercial origination and delivery efforts as well as day-to-day relationship maintenance
• Act as a first line of defense to protect the Bank, from both a Credit Risk and a Non-Financial Risk standpoint, which entails proactive financial analysis and strict compliance with the Bank’s standards and processes
