Corporate Communications & Operations Intern
As an intern, you’ll be a part of client-facing teams as a consultant, developer, designer, data scientist, or technical specialist to help businesses change the way they work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Asist SIH Communications Leader to execute against the Communications and Employee Engagement Plan for SIH East and West. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Work with SIH team members to do and layout w3 articles and blogs to build awareness, understanding and support from other teams - Produce collaterals – including write-up, presentation and videos – to communicate the SIH East mission and value proposition
- Develop and maintain communications channels such as Slack and emails to facilitate dissemination of information about IBM Consulting and SIH
- Review and update the content in the GIC Portal and its child pages to ensure accuracy and timeliness of communications
- Provide logistics support for organization of meetings, such as All Hands Meetings, Town Hall and other employment engagement activities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Under graduates or Graduates majoring in English, Mass Communications or Business Management
- Knowledge about Microsoft Office Apps, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills is definitely a merit

Client Engineering Intern
As a Client Engineer, you will establish IBM’s technical eminence at the client and accelerate the sales cycle. You will demonstrate how IBM Technologies and Services can solve real client problems and drive defined client outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assist with Proving Out MVPs: Learn how to prove out an early Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of a use case, moving seamlessly into a paid Services engagement to iterate and scale.
Explore Client Problems: Engage with clients to understand their real problems and explore how IBM Technologies and Services can provide solutions.
Support Solution Delivery: Participate in delivering solutions that drive defined client outcomes, observing and learning from experienced team members.

We are seeking a technically curious and proactive intern to support a set of specialized guilds within our organization, focused on Data & AI. These guilds consist of 5–6 groups, each with 10–15 members, collaborating on advancing technical capabilities in AI, machine learning, and data science. You will play a hands-on role, bridging the technical aspects of guild work outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and facilitating guild meetings and workshops, ensuring technical discussions are aligned with business goals.
- Support guild members in executing projects by coordinating resources, best practices, and technical tools.
- Gather and analyze feedback from guild members on best practices, resources, and knowledge sharing.
- Create and curate technical content—such as guides, tutorials, and project showcases—for guilds, ensuring knowledge is accessible to all members.
- Help with technical research and pilot projects, testing emerging tools, and sharing insights with guilds.
- Support member onboarding, ensuring new participants are connected and understand guild goals.
- Track guild progress against objectives and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualification:
- Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of Data & AI concepts, with a willingness to engage in hands-on problem-solving.
