Job Description:
Technology Specialist engages with and guides customers toward technical decisions to purchase and use Microsoft technology. Leverages sales strategy to address customer digital transformation and align technology to customer business needs. Understands customer needs, collects customer feedback, and provides strategic input to customers. Demonstrates Microsoft solutions to prove capabilities, applies architectures to client scenarios, and engages in partner sell-with scenarios to leverage partner ecosystem. Acts as an orchestration point for technical resources and works to resolve blockers in order to achieve solution implementations.
Job Responsibilities:
Engages with and reaches out to customers with coaching from others.
Assists in demonstrations of specific Microsoft products through preparation and execution. Leverages senior colleagues to ensure quality.
Shadows others in customer stakeholder interactions and researches customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise.
Contributes to technical wins or portions of technical wins with support from peers through preparation and delivery of one-way presentations. Improves customer interactions through feedback and observation.
Begins to develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing themselves with the community and engaging others to gain product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or have completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
Passion for technology and working with customers.
Strong balance of both business and technical skills.
Technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience is a plus.
Full Work-Authorization in Netherlands.

Associate Project Manager/PJM – Internship Opportunity – India
Job Responsibilities
• Work with the Area Project Manager to deliver engagements within an assigned Area.
• Responsible for improving process adherence, project hygiene, timely reporting, and ultimately maximizing
customer satisfaction.
• Validate Engagement/Project Setup/Staffing, Initiation Schedule, Issue/Risk updates from Sales to Delivery,
create project structure/base financial plan and LED Profile.
• Support resource management for the engagement.
• Setup consumption tracking, initiate/confirm Subcontractor engagement setup, support recommended Security
practices, Issue/Risk management, track/report status, update project forecast, record/approve time/expenses.
• Initiate/complete project closure, reconcile project budget, capture lessons learned.
• Support Area Project Manager on managing escalations around staffing and billing processes related to delivery.
Competencies:
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with the Area Project Manager to help
meet expectations of delivery.
• Leadership: Assist the Delivery Management roles effectively across the Initiation, Planning, Monitoring &
Controlling and Closure phases of a project, towards ensuring the delivery is setup for success aligning with the
customer expectations.
• Communication: Strong communication skills. Establish/conduct regular cadence with the Regional Scale PMO
Lead and the Area Project Manager. Help raises issues needing attention around project hygiene, staffing, quality
and risks and issues.
Business Impact
• Support Area Project Manager to increase the Area Project Manager bandwidth resulting in streamlined delivery
process, predictable outcomes, focus on customer issues. Escalates issues to Area Project Manager. Adheres to
quality assurance standards. Leverages standard tools as directed to align with engagement hygiene standards.
• Learns about the products, services of Microsoft’s Cloud and Support businesses, and shares learnings with
others as appropriate.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field with a Minimum CGPA of 8/10
