What does IT Development Program look like?
The IT Development Program (ITDP) is a 2-year graduate program under the Dell Digital organization. While in the program, participants are provided with professional development, networking, team building and learning events. Our priority is to build a community for the ITDP participants and to integrate them into the Dell Technologies family.
ITDP participants also partake in role rotations during their time in the program. Each participant will have the opportunity to complete two 1-year rotations before being placed in a third role upon graduation from the program. Participants are matched to roles based on their skillsets, locations and internal interviews they will have with managers during the extended onboarding process after they start. They will have a say in their career journey and the teams they ultimately match to.

1+ years of experience in a related field, ideally with some hands-on SQL and/or Python experience

Associate Pre-sales Solution Architect (Recent Graduate) – Poland
As a Pre-sales Solution Architect, you will create and provide technical and consultative services offers to Field Sales, Services Sales and Presales on specific data center solutions. You will work with on internal and external projects that can improve the team’s efficiency and also get great exposure to the sales life cycle.
• Perform tasks of varying complexity, requiring judgment with limited direct supervision

Qualification:

Finance Development Program for Fresh Graduates – Romania
The Finance Development Program consists of 4 different six-month rotations (for 2 years) with the possibility of an international assignment.
Upon completion of the program, participants will have developed a robust set of competencies in the following areas:
Gain exposure to various parts of the organization and collaborate with them (i.e. Sales, Finance, Accounting, Audit)

As a Data Science Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis.
