IT Records Management Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and monitoring of records in online repositories (ie SharePoint)
Creation and analysis of reports using PowerBI
Assisting in the data cleanup of electronic and physical corporate records
Maintaining physical and electronic records according to records retention and disposition schedule
Additional duties as requested
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience working with the following:
Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online
Microsoft PowerBI
Records Management
Service Management Tool – preferably ServiceNow
Client Service Management
Eligibility to Reliability Security Clearance (resided in Canada for the past 5 years)
Professional Skills Qualifications:
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
Desire to work in an information systems environment.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian.
