Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Diploma in one of the following engineering disciplines:

Chemical
Civil
Electrical
Electronics & Communication
Mechanical

Academic Performance

Mandatory 60% throughout 10 & Diploma.
No active backlogs at the time of application.

Age Criteria

Minimum Age: 18 years
Youngest person who is 18 on 1 April 2026
Born on or before: 1 April 2008
Maximum Age: 21 years
Oldest person who is still 21 on 1 April 2026
Born on or after: 2 April 2004

Job Location
Across the Adani Power Limited fleet (thermal projects and operations & maintenance).

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹3.60 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable pay)
Accommodation and Food: Provided by the company for the training period.
Post this period, candidates are required to make their own
arrangements.
