Job Description:
The Real Estate practice is looking for additional analysts in our main office in Chicago. We are seeking candidates that have the capability to act as generalists but also have interest in focused areas such Urban Revitalization, Economic Development, Transit Oriented Development & Value Capture, Housing Policy.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business – Finance, Real Estate, Economics, City Planning, etc. + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally has some work experience in real estate, economic development, market research, development, and/or consulting in a related field
Experience with ArcGIS or other spatial analytics tools
Master’s Degree a plus
