Digital Content Associate, Audible – India
Associate is expected to listen, identify, and fix issues related to content in the audio books using software or tools by adhering to the standard operating procedure. Associates are required to use headset to listen to the audio for significant period of time during their work.
Job Responsibilities
-Understand and adhere to standard operating procedure.
-Analyze, and identify the issues in the audio content.
-Understand the issue and make best use of the available resources/tools to resolve/fix it.
-Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/ teams according to processes and standard.
-Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
-Adhere to the Service level agreement, and average handle time set for the processes.
-Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
– The individual is required to make judgment based decisions based on the observations and procedures.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Job Description:
• You work as part of the Operations team, whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure.
• Your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, server rack installation, hardware break-fix on various components, troubleshooting network issues also responding to emergent situations that affect operational stability.
• You may be the primary contact point for both internal customers (for example: Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Technical Operations) and external service partners (Hardware Vendors, Contractors, Service Providers among others).
• You will work and meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow, be the first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
Qualification:
· Must be BE/B.Tech graduates with a specialization in IT/IS/ECE and Electronics & Telecommunications
· Solid Understanding of Linux/Unix Administration
· Server Hardware Troubleshooting experience
· Server Booting: POST, BIOS, PXE, Kickstart, GRUB/LILO, RAID
· Some Experience with Network Protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies
· Network Hardware: Copper and Optical Fiber Cabling, Switches, Routers
· Strong Communication Skills

1. Fulfil incoming requests following set Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Maintain defined quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
