IT Service desk analysts – Israel

Job Description:

IT Service desk analysts are on the frontline of support. They are focused on helping to resolve technical issues Amdocs employees encounter.

The ideal candidate will need to have an aptitude for diagnosing, troubleshooting and documenting technical issues.

Manage incoming support requests from various channels, such as phone, chat and portal.
Maintain and Utilize a rich knowledge-base to identify, troubleshoot, resolve and document issues properly.
Escalate support request to higher-level IT support when required.

Qualification:
First line level IT support experience preferably within a remote support position.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal including active listening essential.
Knowledge of the operational and support aspects of computer systems, software and peripheral equipment including but not limited to: Active directory, O365, Windows 10, Exchange, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity.
