Information Security Analyst – India
Information Security Analyst is responsible for ensuring that sensitive data within an organization is protected from unauthorized access, misuse, or leakage.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze alerts generated by the DLP systems.
• Investigate potential incidents to determine the root cause and severity.
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate teams if necessary.
• Configure, update, and fine-tune DLP policies to align with organizational needs.
• Test new policies to ensure they effectively detect and prevent data loss.
• Adjust policies based on feedback and changes in compliance requirements.
• Perform in-depth analysis of data loss events.
• Provide reports to management and stakeholders on trends and recurring issues.
• Ensure the DLP system is functioning optimally by performing regular maintenance.
• Apply patches and updates as required to maintain system security and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Work closely with IT Operations, Network Operations, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of DLP solutions.
• Provide insights to the Incident Response Team during escalations.
• Assist in audits and assessments related to data protection.
Qualification:
Experience Requirements (1-3 years)
Experience in an information security or IT role.
Hands-on experience with DLP tools or similar technologies.
Familiarity with incident management and compliance processes.
Certifications

Technical & Business Operations Analyst – India
Job Description:
• You will perform ticket analysis, service interruption analysis, triaging of issues, and follow-up with relevant teams for resolution.
• You will ensure that all required ticket information is available for further analysis (for example, screenshot of error and customer ID) and run methods and procedures to provide resolution to known/recurring issues.
• You will apply your skills to effectively use the existing knowledge base and documentation for quick-win and first-level resolution.
• You will perform queue management for assigning tickets to other teams, and follow up for timely resolution while keeping track of SLAs.
• You will ensure timely resolution or escalation within the agreed SLA. This includes creating a positive customer support experience and building strong relationships through understanding the problem, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a professional attitude.
• You will update checklists for quality assurance and progress tracking, following standard operating procedures.
• You will ensure the seamless handover between shifts and monitor and publish the SLA achievement by keeping track of all KPIs.
• You will ensure crystal clear communication and documentation as a point of contact.
• You will perform validation, verification, and correction, wherever applicable, of artifacts of the system (reports, bills, event records, screens, and so on). You will report and properly document any errors that are detected.
• You will perform basic software system operations, using the online screen, running maps and jobs, basic configuration/installation, and taking backups.
• You will work on fallouts from various applications, journalize manual billing requests, process payments, and customize miscellaneous activities.
Qualification:
Professional & Relevant Experience – 2-3 years
Provide 24/7 production support services to maintain the highest standards of availability and performance for our business systems.
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL usage.
Demonstrate proficiency in Linux / Unix.
Understanding of shell scripting.
Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tool.
Resolve tickets promptly, ensuring uninterrupted production work and identifying workarounds when necessary.
Monitor various queues, address alerts, and take appropriate actions.
Demonstrate proficiency in cloud technologies Azure and AWS mandatory.
Knowledge of any ticketing system process.

Technical Product Owner (Data Engineering) – Pune
If data is your passion, if you talk the Telco business language, if SW processes and architecture interest you – this is the job for you.
Job Description:
You will be working on the full solution and PO life cycle of analytical data projects, from business analysis, through data modeling and architecture design, working in agile with the development and testing teams using Jira, planning scope for development iterations, and following up on it till deployed.
You will be working with external and internal customers, and with various Amdocs units, including supporting data scientists working on Machine Learning projects, supporting Production Operations maintaining the data platform and processes, and supporting consumers using the data products.
You will work with Jira and MS-Office apps to document and track requirements and solutions, and with Erwin to design data modeling and source2target mapping.
You will explore data using SQL on different platforms.
Qualification:
At least 3 years of experience as business/ data analyst, working on complex BI projects, including business analysis, data modeling and / or ETL development.
Independent data modeling skills and experience with data modeling tools (Erwin preferred).
Excellent SQL knowledge and experience
Familiarity with data engineering tools and platforms
Hands-on approach, loves to get your hands dirty
Customer-facing experience – ability to communicate the Amdocs solution using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on).
Experience working in an agile development environment – Advantage

SW Test Engineer – India
You will prioritize test execution, hands on validation and certification of the software readiness.
Accomplish test procedures and/ or scripts either manually or by automated tools.
Supervise and report on the test execution in a timely manner with attention given to achieving outstanding quality.
Capture and detail the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
Analyze reports and discrepancies to resolve root cause and evaluate script failures at a high level.
Compare and analyze system behavior vs. encouraged results/important metrics based on business and technical requirements. Identifies issues, proposes system improvements and performs repetitive test execution to resolve identified issues.
You will participate and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.
Qualification:
B.A. /B.SC in IT/ Computer Science/ Industrial Engineering/ Systems Analysis.
Proven experience/knowledge in Programming, testing tools and testing methodologies.

Business Analyst – Mexico
Job Description:
Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.
Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers’ business needs, production operability and budget.
Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, applying knowledge and experience while providing technical perspective and support.
Communicate new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to customers’ business and IT personnel.
Ensure that the customer understands the solution and receive responses to all open questions and action items.
Support the customer during the scoping phase in a specific domain up through and including customer sign off (for example, COP process for various customer types and products, EPC lead for all product models and designs, etc.).
Prepare solution-related documents and specifications. Configure the solution, followed by the creation, execution and maintenance of accurate and detailed test plans for applicable testing.
Support the resolution of configuration/implementation-related issues if and when they arise.
Qualification:
