Real Estate & Development (RE&D) – Construction Project Manager Internship – United States
Job Description :
As a Construction Project Management intern, you’ll be based in Boulder, Colorado, assisting in developing and maintaining some of Apple’s real estate construction projects.
During the summer, you could:
– participate in project meetings
– create and track project schedules and budgets with assistance from Construction Manager
– learn the basis of project finance including contract types, estimating, and cash flow analysis
– walk in-progress construction projects to track project progress
Education & Experience
– Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or construction management
– Graduating in December 2023 or later
Qualifications
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills
– Great attention to detail
– Willingness to learn
– Strong analytical thinking skills
– Ability to adapt/problem solve for complex situations
– Prior internship(s), group or personal project exposure, T/A and/or work experience
– 3.0 minimum GPA
