Field Service Engineer 1

Job Description:

Conduct key operational activities, for example, installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
Adherence to defined work processes, risk assessment and SOP is required to be strictly comply.
Undertake sofeware setup, operation, maintenance and (basic) analytics. Conducts basic fault-findings and troubleshooting support to resolve or escalate issues within agreed contractual timeframes and or Service level agreements to meet customer expectations.
Provides detailed dand accurate feedback on field service activities and compiles clear and concise reports for submission to your supervisor to enable informed decisions to be made to resolve product issues.
Due to the nature of the role and EDWARDS is committed to providing on-site support for 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, there will be a requirement to perform standby duty and/or work shift patterns to meet customer contractural commitments and/or as part of an emergency coverage plan.

Qualification:

Minimum 1 year working experience in a related engineering industry or technical experience in an engineering, service or maintenance role, involving direct contract with external and internal customers.
Fresh graduates with engineering certificates will be considered
Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions to meet customer expectations and timeframes, whilst working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processes.
Able to interact positively in a multi-cultural and multilingual environment.
Team player, able to provide support within the team and when required by the Manager.

Finance & Admin

As a Finance & Admin, your mission is supporting Business Controller and integration manager to manage VT Australia company’s finance book, do finance reporting and analysis of business result and implement business control of the region. You will report to Business Controller

Assistant the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on monthly basis.
Preparation and analysis of monthly reports for local management.
Provide AR Aging analysis and follow up customer over dues.
Office Admin for contract management and ad hoc admin task.
Make sure supplier invoice process and pay on time.
Process bank payment.
Ensure accurate reporting by developing and utilizing analytical tools to identify and follow up anomalies.
Ensure full compliance with all legal and corporate regulations.
Support any periodic / special tax audits or queries.
Communication with banks, lawyers, government, auditors, etc.
Coordination of financial audits, transfer price audits, internal and external audit.
Support of Assistance Business Controller and Business Controller in all financial topics in the region.
Support the closure of AVT Company.
Continuous improvements for all finance related processes.
Other task assigned by manager.

Qualification:

Degree in Accounting and/or preferably a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
Knowledge of local GAAP, Tax, IFRS and other local regulations is advantage.
Good accounting skills and analytical ability.
Experience in full set of accounting is preferable.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications, SAP/Power BI Knowledge is advantage.

Business Analyst

Monitor related cost evolution by regular checks and analysis, make it transparency. Expose cost situation, any deviation and risk to manager to support on cost control.

According to the monthly closing timeline to complete month end report of responsible part in quality and on time.

Meeting to communicate with operation departments, to help them have good understanding and actions on operation efficiency, working capital improvement etc.

Job Requirements

University graduated, bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years work experience on finance or business analysis.

Knowledge requirements

Experienced on SAP system FI, logistic module would be preferred
Experience on logistic would be preferred
CET 4 at least. Good command of both spoken and written English.
Good at MS office. (Excel analysis, scorecard, presentation skills etc.)
Other requirements

Web Platform Support Specialist – Pune, India

Job Description:

Assist and guide internal clients (editors, reviewers) with Web Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager) to create, edit, manage and publish digital content across all company websites.
Ensure excellent customer service by handling all requests and issues with respect to customer needs, with the right quality and in timely manner.
Safeguard daily operations in process-related applications (e.g. Translation Management System, ServiceNow, Jira, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Confluence, Cloudflare, UniFlip, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
Perform bug-testing as well as test new functionalities before their release to production environment.
Anticipate and prevent issues, take measures to avoid repeating errors.
Create, maintain and advocate processes and systems related documentation in respective knowledge basis, assure methodologies are followed.

Drive / participate in ad-hoc projects, launches of new websites and improvement initiatives.
Provide trainings where necessary, support knowledge sharing webinars.
Report status of work in progress, escalate risks to the Team Lead.

Qualification:

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
University degree.
Experience in digital area, customer service or helpdesk.
Computer literacy, familiarity of Microsoft Office apps.
Experience with WYSIWYG editors is a plus as well as if you are familiar with HTML, CSS, XML, JSON etc..
ITIL certification is a plus.
