Job Description:
An ideal candidate for RDA project is expected to ensure the data lineage, controls, and transformations supporting Critical Risk Figures are documented as per the Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting – Enterprise Policy.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive data lineage documentation, enabling stakeholders to trace data from source to consumption.
Job Responsibilities:
• Data Lineage Documentation: Identify and map the flow of data across reporting templates and dashboards, capturing its origin, transformations and end usage.
• Data Governance Support: Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure that data lineage is in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaboration with IT & Business Teams: Work with IT and business units to identify key data sources, transformation rules and usage patterns.
• Regulatory and Audit Support: Provide detailed data lineage reports to support audits and regulatory compliance requests, ensuring transparency and traceability.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance data lineage processes, staying up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and best practices.

Team Developer – India
Job Description:
The W-9 Analyst is responsible for reviewing the Form W-9’s for proper certification and to ensure the accounts are set up correctly on the application system.
Accounts that are not certified are certified and tracked by the HX system and are subject to backup withholding. Backup withholding is the withholding of federal income tax on reportable payments such as interest.
Backup withholding is applied at the current percentage rate established by the government to the amount of interest paid. The amounts withheld are paid to the IRS the next business day.
Any interest paid and backup withholding is reported at year-end on Form 1099-INT to the customer and the IRS.
Job Responsibilities
Calculating and processing interest adjustment for Checking, Savings Accounts.
Ensure that the Customer’s TIN is correct on the form
Initiating & terminating backup withholding
Update/Validate Name, Address & TIN as per SOR on IRS reports for savings bond
Qualification:

The Analyst is responsible for measuring counterparty credit risk (CCR) for all lines of businesses in the Markets division covering all traded products (fixed income, currency, commodities, equities).
The analyst will assist in constructing counterparty credit risk portfolio reviews along with specialized deep dives on specific counterparties.
The analyst will present their analysis to senior management, including Market Risk, Wholesale Credit, and Enterprise Credit, as well as Front Office Trading and Sales team.
