Adaptive Planning Specialist

Join us as an “Adaptive Planning Specialist”, you will be working on Workday Adaptive planning module. You will be part of build team and hence will be closely working with business, scrum master and POD lead to deliver allocated work. Initially your role will be involved in implementing Adaptive module in Barclays along with preferred vendor. Key activities will be included to get involved in implementation, getting handover from them and start BAU work. ​

To be successful as an “Adaptive Planning Specialist”, you should have experience with:

Previous experience as a Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst or Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

Hand-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning configuration and deployment experience

Strong understanding of planning processes and financial modelling.

Additional Skills:

Excel & Data Structures: Strong Excel skills and comfort working with complex data environments.

Workday Core HCM and/or Finance Modules: Experience here is a strong advantage.

Stakeholder Management

Confidence in working cross-functionally and managing diverse relationships.

Ability to solve problems creatively and communicate insights clearly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Investment Operations Analyst – UK

Join us as a Fund Accountant at Barclays, to support Private Banking Wealth Management in overseeing the fund administration activities completed by a Third Party Administrator (TPA) which captures all fund accounting, transfer agency and custody functions. The role holder will ensure that the supplier is adhering to the terms of the SLA and meeting KPI requirements, reviewing, reporting and resolving any subsequent issues identified.

To be successful as a Fund Accountant, you should demonstrate:

Ability to perform a number of key controls on the functions carried out by the TPA including: publication of daily NAV, cash flows, financial statements review, fund launches, mergers, liquidations, etc.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Adaptability and resilience.

In-depth knowledge of investment products, including equities, bonds, funds and derivatives.

Proficiency in Excel, including experience with PivotTables, VLOOKUP and Macros.

Part-qualified with a CISI certification.
