Business Data Analyst
Job Description:
1.Proficient in creating ETL technical designs for complex ETL Data integration and ETL data warehousing projects. Should have done this for both kinds of ETL projects. This will be one of the candidate’s deliverable. Should be hands on with designing tools like Visio. Should be able to create flow charts and document design steps for developers in detail
2.Proficient in Abinitio batch and continuous flow processes. Must have hands-on knowledge of both. Will have to build & deliver his module along with guiding the team for the technical deliverables adhering to the technical design that candidate will build. Candidate will essentially own the technical delivery of the project.
3.Should have work with heterogeneous platform based ETL projects dealing with complex EBCIDIC files, Oracle database, Hadoop files etc.
4.Should be communicate effectively with US team and other stakeholders in India and US and should be able to estimate effort required. Should be able identify and assign tasks to team members (both permanent and SI partners) and track them to ensure delivery on time.
5.Should be able to work with various vendors (SI partners), reviewing their technical deliverable to ensure quality and on time deployment.
6.Should be able to adjust to flexible working hours so that he gets enough time to interact with the US time to effectively capture knowledge, requirements and then produce deliverable.
7.Should be able to come up with basic data models, table structure for his projects.
Requirement:
1.2 to 5 years of hands on Knowledge & Experience of Abintio implementations.
2.Oracle or any database knowledge
3.Good understanding of business requirements
4.Good communication skills
5.Hadoop architecture and different file types
6.Foundational AWS skills.
