Office Services Assistant – Europe
You solve problems before anyone knows that a problem exists! As a dynamic, driven Office Services Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors of the Warsaw office. The primary responsibilities include greeting visitors, operating the switchboard to route incoming calls, communicating effectively and professionally with BCG staff and outside callers, maintaining the general appearance of the reception area, assisting with building service requests, and performing other administrative tasks as necessary.
You can expect a never-boring job, where you will ensure that our office is well-supplied, our branded materials delivered, our candidates and guests experience smooth processes.
Professional reception and support of clients and visitors to the office
Professional operation of office equipment (projectors, printers, smartboards, videoconference, etc.)
Daily logging, sorting and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Organization, management, and commissioning of courier and taxi services
Placement of orders (e.g., for office supplies) and review of invoices
Conference room management, including coordination of catering and conference room
Administration of cash box, storage spaces, and keys
Facility maintenance (e.g., reporting minor issues to landlord)
Performance of additional administrative tasks as required
Qualification:
In progress education or a graduate degree
Prior experience as a receptionist or work experience in a similar position will be plus!
Organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our client work
High motivation to learn more about the support functions of an international consulting firm
Native Polish, very good command of English, both verbally and in a written manner
Computer proficiency: Windows applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Associate IT Consultant – Platinion – 2025 Graduates Netherlands
As an Associate IT Consultant, you will work in an international environment, closely with our client’s leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for your recommendations and collaborate with BCG case team members across our European region to transform client potential into performance with high-impact assignments.
You’ll provide support for the technical analysis and the review of IT architectures or the IT product evaluation for different industries and technical environments.
You’ll prepare IT-related project content such as the analysis and optimization of IT processes and IT value chains.
You’ll be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations and all project related analysis and data.
Qualification:
You will graduate in 2025 with a either a Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Engineering, or a related discipline, and are seeking a job starting in September 2025.
