Job Description:

Support SaaS system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to support delivery of HR technology to functional process owners.
Functions as primary user and deployed administrator for incident triage. Operates as Tier 1 solution resource for HR Applications.
Assists and organize system requirements for projects involving HR functions, HR Systems, and/or HR data.
Assist in system and/or user acceptance training, development of test scenarios, test scripts, test cases, review of test results, and development of training based on results.
Assists other projects as team member, supporting the research, testing, documentation, and successful implementation of the project.
Assists in the development and updates of user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of HR systems.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of problems related to system upgrades, releases, fixes, and enhancements.
Assists and organize data integrity in systems by running queries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Level Degree in Human Resources, Business Information Systems, or a similar field, plus 1 year minimum of system support related work experience, or 4 years of demonstrated and related experience in lieu of degree.
Exhibit technical acumen with software and online/web-based tools with intermediate proficiency with MS Office products.
Must possess excellent customer service and mutual skills and demonstrably advanced proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Piping Stress Engineer – India

Job Description:

Identify different stress packages through review of P&IDs / Line Designation tables.
Performs piping flexibility analysis (static and dynamic) for critical piping systems during preliminary design and detailed design phase of Project
Perform analysis for sustained, thermal and multiple operating cases, occasional (viz winds, seismic, relief, hammer etc.)
Perform pipe stress analysis for different equipment like Steam turbine, Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, tanks, exchangers, heaters, columns, etc.
Provide pipe loading information to Civil/Structure
Resolve high pipe loads on equipment nozzles & high secondary stresses in piping
Selection of spring hangers, snubbers, struts for pipe supports
Preparation and interpretation/review of stress calculations of relatively complex nature in high seismic zones.
Locate and identify pipe supports on isometrics along with type of supports
Evaluation of local stresses via code cases like N318, N392, and WRC107/297.
Support structure calculations using tools like STADD

Qualifications:

A recognized degree in a job-related engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited college or university, or a professional license from a recognized licensing board, or specialized courses in relevant general engineering, design or an appropriate engineering discipline as a full-time course.
Broad knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards and design criteria pertinent to the discipline.
Knowledge of systems, calculations, equipment, applications of methods, plant layout, materials, and computers for preparation of analyses and development of project deliverables within the discipline.
Knowledge and understanding of technical and cost issues related to selection of design features within the discipline.
Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods.
Knowledge of precedents in the discipline and of principles and practices of related disciplines.
Knowledge of related construction practices and the economics involved.

The Project Controls Engineer will assist with project controls activities such as cost management, estimating, forecasting, and reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or an equivalent combination of education with 1 year of work-related experience. In lieu of formal degree, 3 years of work-related experience required.

Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check which includes verification of employment and education.
Must be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge for access to the Hanford Site.
Requires knowledge of accounting, financial or tax concepts and principles plus working knowledge of related activities gained through specialized education and/or work experience.
Basic knowledge of general business practices.
Skill in applying problem solving techniques to accounting matters.
