Analyst – IT Business Management
Job Description:
Execute monthly IS&T billing
Record, route for approvals, and track invoices in coordination with Accounts Payables
Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and accounting cost heads
Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with various teams & customers to ensure continuous process & systems improvement
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Grade 22 – 0 to 2 years of experience
Grade 23 – 2 to 5 years of experience
1 to 5 years of experience
Ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced environment
Understanding of cost tools and databases
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Word, MS Access
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Experience in billings, invoice management and scenario-based reports for data analysis
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of financial report systems and controller account codes, and understanding of controller instructions
Good to have knowledge of PowerBI, Hyperion and financial software applications
Capability and flexibility to handle multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
