Job Description:
Process and validate the opening of projects and update metrics with the help of Excel and management systems.
Follow up and support the issuance of invoices with the help of different tools in order to ensure that the invoicing is correct as well as to support the collection management area.
Generate and send periodic reports in Excel of different financial metrics for use by different areas in the company.
Guarantee the documentation of the projects according to the established procedures, by digitizing ETC media
Register and download information from the different systems (ERP, Platforms) as required in each process.
Perform other functions related to the position
Qualification:
Professionals in Economics, Administration, International Finance, Accounting or related careers.
Experience: Not necessary (1 year desirable as a financial planning assistant or analyst, or in portfolio or billing areas).
Knowledge of intermediate Excel.
Basic English – Intermediate
Skills such as: Time management, work for objectives and being self-taught mainly.
