We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2, Compliance & Control to join our Compliance team. This role is located in Pune.

Job Description:

  • Contribute to the compliance efforts of the assigned business unit under direct supervision.
  • Assist with assessment activities to ensure business units comply with standard regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Review work for accuracy with more experienced professionals and assist with drafting documentation when control changes are made.
  • Analyze existing legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices to report on the assigned business’ current state of compliance.

  • Perform quality reviews of new accounts, account maintenance transactions, and cash flows to ensure accuracy prior to trading
  • Validate the accuracy of required documentation and identify missteps in processing, documentation, or workflow handling
