As a Campus Graduate Analyst, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops to gain practical experience. As a graduate trainee, you need to be willing to learn about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department. You should foster good relationships with staff members and leave a lasting imprint.

The program is designed for the recent graduate seeking real-world experience and with a desire to build a unique portfolio of transferable skills in various disciplines which will set them up for a successful career within the financial services industry. Supports clients in addressing operational and technical questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies problem solving skills based on precedence and experience. Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base. Provides analytical support and prepares drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for assigned area.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in data science, Operations Management, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, Business and Finance or other related field. Outstanding record of academic achievement (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2). Prior internship experience at a top-tier investment bank or consulting firm (preferred)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Compliance & Control to join our team. This role is located in Pune.

Job Description:

• Contributes to the compliance efforts of the assigned business units.
• Helps with assessment activities to ensure the business units are in compliance with standard regulatory and policy requirements.
• Helps the business units respond to and develop compliance reporting, as directed.
• Contributes to drafting of documentation when control changes are made.
• Analyzes existing legislation, regulatory announcements and industry practices in order to report on the assigned business’ current state of compliance.
• Contributes to projects and program tasks intended to improve compliance and enhance the control environment.
• Analyzes control processes to ensure they are in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Approximately 2 years of experience in risk and compliance, preferably following a graduate program.
