Associate, Client Onboarding Operations

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Onboarding Operations to join our Global Collateral Client Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

Job Description:

Conduct assigned operational and data analysis activities related to client onboarding, transitions, and conversions under significant direction.
Prepare for and onboard clients, open and close accounts, and analyze, reconcile, and review incoming or outgoing data for accurate translation to platform.
Determine the best set-up for client accounts, establish or update client accounts, and prepare for new account openings following due diligence on KYC and AML.
Conduct pre-transition/conversion testing and quality review of client data, escalate findings, and assist with managing transitions/conversions by developing plans, timelines, and coordinating with departments to ensure timely completion.
Enable clients to support SEC Mandate for Centrally Cleared activity for US Treasuries in triparty repo market.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in client-facing roles or project management preferred.
Demonstratable Microsoft Excel experience required.
Must be able to learn new systems and adapt to change.
Understanding of the Triparty Repo Market highly preferred

Associate, Private Equity & Credit Fund Accounting I

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting I to join our Private Equity team in Alternative Operations. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

Job Description:

Prepare and review reconciliations between different fund accounting systems
Account for hedge fund/alternative investment partnerships and share based entitie
Allocate partnership income/expenses (including new issues, side pockets, side letters etc.)
Read fund and legal documents in order to accurately and appropriately process transactions and/or calculate various fees/allocations.
Compute and account for management and incentive fees (including tiers and hurdles)
Compute various rates of return, NAV and investor level NAV estimates
Prepare or review withholding statements, capital roll forwards and investor statements as needed

Qualification:

Fluency in English
An interest in a career in financial services
Finance university background or similar field will be an advantage, however we equally welcome graduates of all degrees
Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
PC literacy, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Associate, Tax Reporting & Compliance Representative I

Job Description:

Corporate Action – S4Performs analysis of reconciliations, or in some areas of the organization may serve in a lead capacity. Deciphers complex exceptions between systems, clients, institutions, etc. for securities, cash and/or derivatives.
Processes client accounts.
Reviews work performed by more junior levels. Deciphers complex exceptions, performing root-cause analysis on why exceptions exist. Analyzes trends, enters reconciliation data and ensures proper aging.
Assists more junior level support staff in identifying more complex differences.
Escalates any unidentifiable differences to more experienced support staff.
Communicates complex break reports to either internal groups within the firm or correspondents outside the firm. Monitors resolution.
Assists in analyzing operational needs.
Assists in daily, weekly and monthly reporting using an understanding of the stock record and knowledge of basic accounting. Assists with regulatory reporting.
May participate in testing of new technology solutions or enhancements ensuring that reconciliation processes remain intact.
